i use coaching as the container to do the work that i have yet to find words for. the English language is very limited and limiting, especially when it comes to spiritual affairs - however, if you are looking to uplevel your life and to really push yourself out of the matrix (matrices) that trap you - then you have come to the right place.

Firstly, let me start off by saying it took a lot of courage and years for me to finally face the music.
For the longest time I have been very picky about who I was open to seeing. You see I knew I had deep rooted issues that couldn’t be solved over night, I knew that one day I needed to take an initiative and start the healing process in the best and healthiest way. I would hear Salma talking on Instagram live sometimes and I don’t know if it was the calmness in her voice, the sound advice or the level of understanding I was getting from her. I really felt like she would get me more than anyone because she comes from the same culture and beliefs as I do. Now don’t get me wrong I have absolutely nothing against anyone who shares different views. I preferred to work with Salma as my life couch because I felt a level ofvcomfort with her.
Wow! Having Salma as my life couch really helped me grow and heal. She opened my mind and eyes to different levels and aspects within myself that I didn’t even knew existed. She taught me how to allow myself to grow after trauma, not to blame myself, and most importantly SHE GAVE THE GIRL WITHIN ME THAT WAS ASSULTED THE FLOOR. After keeping her caged up for years it was very overwhelming.
The first session was water works. By the end of my sessions I have deeply learned that we cannot heal unless we accept the good and the bad parts within us. I spent so many years trying to be the perfect girl that I caged up the dark parts of me. This concealment led to a lot of emotional outburst and mood swings. Salma helped me regain my confidence in myself by helping me to allow my trauma and experiences and not let them define me or put blame on myself. Thanks to Salma I have now regained my confidence and inner creativity back each day that passes, I am learning to accept every aspect of me and I’m loving it. Thank you so much!
