rejection being redirection and how to know the difference between ego dreams and soul dreams

miracles happen the moment we allow them to.
God will never put you in a position where there isn’t an opportunity; everything that happens to you is happening for you.
that can sound like a whole lot of whoo-whoo and sometimes can even be mistaken as spiritual bypassing but it isn’t.
life can get difficult and it often does. a huge breakthrough moment for me has been looking at what i can gain from a situation rather than what it is doing to me. i’ve found that this very subtle mindset shift has changed everything in my life.
for instance, if i am running late and my path gets blocked and i need to take a detour - instead of complaining these days - i take a moment to thank God. i thank the Universe for protecting me from whatever harm was on that previous path.
you can apply this logic to all of life. when something isn’t going your way, instead of looking at it like the world is against you, try looking at it like you are being redirected towards something better.
i get downloads in my waking life but the messages i get in my dreams always feel more intimate and more profound. one morning, i woke up with a message that changed the way i look at rejection forever.
“the ego feels rejection. the soul, however, knows that rejection is the gift that redirects”
i wrote that down, googled the message, and found a bunch of posts about rejection being redirection.
this was such a beautiful moment; it showed me that i am tapped into a frequency that plenty of others are on, it made me feel safe.
rejection is the universe’s way of making sure we all stay on our chosen paths.
nothing in life happens by chance. you can live your entire life choosing to dismiss guidance as mere coincidences. that is the free will that has been given to you.
but if you know that you can never really sway too far off your path, doesn’t that alleviate some anxiety?
i know it did for me.
it feels really good to know that i am not in this alone, that there are forces outside of me invested in my life - working with me to make shit happen.
and the same goes for you. there are guides, angels, your creator (whatever you believe in), working overtime for you. working to make sure that you are guided and that the messages are coming through to you.
we can get a little stubborn when we are attached to certain outcomes. this year, i want you to throw away attachments to outcomes. i want you to know - deep, deep in your core - that what is for you, will find you.
you don’t have to plead or prove anything. you just need to listen to the guidance, feel the fear around it, and CHOOSE to show up.
feeling fear around your soul dream and life purpose is normal and will happen. when something isn’t meant for you, but your ego wants it, it will feel more like force.
it is important to differentiate between the two because your ego will try to convince you that resistance around your soul dream means you should do nothing.
when really the only thing you shouldn’t do is the thing that you feel forced to do. when you are forcing something (an ego dream) every part of you will feel like you have to or you’ll die. that’s ego.
when you’re in resistance to something that is for you (soul dream), it’ll feel different. it will feel more like excitement but then you’ll start hearing the voice that says “can i actually do this” … when you hear that, that is your cue to go.
that is exactly what you should be doing.
